My Background
Growing up a sensitive, neurodivergent child, I had a natural propensity to feel things deeply and engage with subtle energies around me. To give that sensitivity an outlet, I immersed myself into the world of dance, dancing professionally into my late 20s. After deciding to leave the dance industry, I felt a strong pull to learn more about my sensitive gifts. I studied Reiki, meditation, yoga, and astrology. After a big life transition during the pandemic, I felt drawn to explore more somatic routes of healing that focused primarily on the nervous system. Through years of receiving somatic sessions, I was amazed at my body's innate intelligence and its capacity to heal itself when given the right conditions. I felt alive in my pursuit to deepen my knowledge of the body and its systems, and learn how to create the right conditions for others. That journey led me to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and the School of Inner Health in Denver, Colorado, where I studied for a little over two years. I am so grateful to share this work and support others as they explore their own innate intelligence and experience more ease in their lives.

My Approach
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is the basis of the work I offer. It is slow and gentle with a strong emphasis on building relational safety and co-regulation. This approach is about supporting the body in its priorities to facilitate healing naturally. I remain a neutral witness to this process, listening to the layers of tissues, bones, fluids, and the emotional stories held in the system, without agenda or belief that there is anything to fix in the client. Instead, my focus is in helping to create the right conditions, through resourcing, co-regulation, deep listening, and recognition, for meaningful shifts to take place.

In BCST, resolution is possible, sometimes within some of our longest and deepest held beliefs and patterns. Our innate intelligence is capable of re-patterning toward health in a titrated way and at the pace of each unique individual. Sometimes memories arise naturally to support a client's process, however it is not necessary to remember or relive trauma in order to experience resolution.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy can be very beneficial alongside other modalities including physical therapy, psychotherapy, massage therapy, occupational therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, and any other somatic-related therapy.
